Target Audience and Target Outcomes
This course gives senior leaders both the advanced and practical
skills in managing projects to success. Tackling the right
project management skills is half the challenge, leadership

From a base of good understanding
of your own leadership style, we cover the area of applying
the right leadership
style in projects, achieving role clarity and performance
measures through to the application of communication styles
and techniques in managing virtual teams.
Advanced Management of Stakeholders
The areas covered are:
the theory of stakeholder management, designing stakeholder
maps, applying leadership techniques
to managing stakeholders, building communication programs
for stakeholders and measuring success in managing stakeholders.
Culture Change
We focus on defining the impact of culture
change and its management in projects, the use of culture
diagnostics and
metrics, managing organisation context in culture change
and building culture change programs.
Project Management Techniques for Business Managers
Topics
include project objectives, resource estimation and performance
management, risk management and mitigation, project
measurement: soft and hard measures, defining project success.
